Vintage Plain Indigo Cotton Piece

A vintage Japanese plain indigo cotton fabric, originally a panel from a futon cover. The fabric has softened through years of use, with subtle variations in the indigo colour and some areas of fading.

It shows signs of age and wear, including a few small holes. The fabric has been washed, although some cotton fluff remains on the reverse side.

Suitable for sashiko stitching, mending projects or wearing as a scarf.
